How often should my pool be cleaned?
In Florida we recommend weekly service for most homes. Pools under big trees, in full sun or used every day often need twice a week. At a minimum, a pool should be cleaned every two weeks.
Are chemicals included in the price?
Yes. Chlorine, acid, stabilizer and salt for saltwater pools are included in our weekly and twice-weekly plans.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
No. As long as we can get into the pool area, we can do the visit. We leave a note after every visit so you know what was done.
Do you service saltwater pools and spas?
Yes. We service chlorine and saltwater pools, attached spas and screened enclosures. Adding a spa to a plan costs $20 a month on the weekly plan and $30 on the twice-weekly plan.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Yes. We shock and brush the pool, clean the filter and keep treating until the water is clear, usually within a few days. Then we can keep it that way with regular service.
